IN-STORE Returns Policy
Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days and items must be unworn with prices tags still attached with store receipt. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, special orders and discounted items are final sale. All store credits must be used for In-Store purchases only.
ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If an item doesn’t work, you can return it for a store credit, exchange, or refund within 10 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise must be unworn with tags still attached, shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, special orders, and discounted items are final sale.
As a small business, we can not always accommodate every request but we try our best to make everyone happy. Please contact us by email to email@example.com to get a return authorization and instructions for returning your items.
We will ship anywhere in the United States for a flat fee of $10.00, unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Our preferred method of shipping is USPS but we also use FedEx and UPS. After your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number for your packages. Please note that delivery time will vary based on your location. Shipping outside the United States varies greatly in price and can be accommodated for an additional fee to be determined on a case by case basis.
